Feel like Cinderella at the Ball

It's your special day!  The day you have dreamed about and planned for many years.  It's important to you things go smoothly and your friends and family have an enjoyable time.  We understand this and strive to meet your expectations to the best of our ability.  Our years of experience will help ensure your wedding reception goes smoothly and your guests have a great time on the dance floor!

Our Brides & Grooms receive for their wedding receptions:

  • A contract outlining our services before and during the reception along with our policies and guarantees.

  • Our wedding package with up to five hours of music.  Generally two hours of background /instrumental music is provided as we wait for the wedding party and then allow time for dinner.  Afterwards, we kick off the dance music. 

  • Personalized Planning.  It's your reception.  It's important to us you receive the elements to make it your own.  We have our brides and grooms complete our Wedding Reception Planning Guide.  First, the planner asks questions which enables us to get to know the bride & groom.  Then it walks the bride & groom through the selection of various wedding traditions and special dances they would like to do.  Couples will make song selections for special dances and also tell us the overall styles of music they like best and what they don't like.  The planner is completed by the Bride & Groom and due in to us a month prior to the wedding.  We are here to give assistance with suggestions, song selections ... what ever is needed to make things easier for the bride and groom.

  • After we receive & review the planner, we will arrange to speak via telephone or meet in person (couple's choice) to cover all details and help establish a timeline of events during the reception.

  • On the day of the wedding, our DJ will arrive at the reception facility ~ two hours prior to the first guest's arrival.  He will set up, do sound checks, and change into a tuxedo.

  • The DJ will have background music playing when the first guest walks through the door.  He will welcome guests and make any announcements previously requested by the bride and groom.

  • When the B & G arrive (usually an hour after first guest), he can introduce the wedding party if desired and then begin the timeline of events previously established by the bride & groom. 

  • During the reception, our DJs serve as MCs to keep events flowing throughout the reception.  He will also use his years of expertise to keep guests on the dance floor & ensure your guests ...

Dance the night away!

We can also provide Sound and Music for Wedding Ceremonies.  This service is wonderful for outdoor weddings or venues where no sound system is available.  We provide a wireless lapel microphone for the officiate, wireless hand held microphones for singers, and hookup for any "wired" musicians and the videographer.  We offer a full selection of ceremony music and provide gathering music for guests prior to the ceremony.  Having professional sound enables guests to hear and enjoy the entire ceremony.  Please let us know if you would like to add this service.
